Bilingual notary on a video call for a remote online notarization

Meet Your Bilingual Notary: Credentials, Commission, and How I Work

July 28, 20262 min read

Choosing a notary for an important document comes down to trust. So here’s who you’re working with, plainly.

Credentials and commission

I’m a commissioned notary public authorized to perform remote online notarization, working with signers in English and Chinese (中文). I carry the identity-verification, recording, and tamper-evident sealing that remote notarization requires, and I keep the records each session calls for. I’m commissioned and authorized to perform remote online notarizations in Nevada and Montana.

What I handle

  • Real estate, loan, and refinance signings
  • Estate documents — wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives
  • Immigration affidavits and documents for use in China, including apostille guidance
  • Business and personal documents, and one-off urgent needs

How a session works

You book a time that fits your schedule — evenings and weekends included. Your documents are uploaded ahead, your identity is verified at the start, and we sign on a recorded video call. For Chinese-speaking clients, I explain every step in your language, so a stressful errand becomes a calm fifteen minutes.

A notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures and is not a lawyer; for legal questions I’ll point you toward an attorney.

This article is general educational information about the notarization process, not legal advice. A notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures and is not a substitute for an attorney. Remote online notarization is regulated state by state; please confirm the current requirements for your specific situation and the destination where your document will be used. I perform remote online notarizations only in the state(s) where I am commissioned and authorized (Nevada and Montana).
