1 · Book your appointment / 预约时间
Pick a time that works for you. After booking, email me the documents you need notarized.

2 · Verify your identity / 验证身份
Join a secure video session and verify your ID — passport or driver's license; foreign passports accepted. No U.S. SSN required.

3 · Sign & download / 签署并下载
Sign while I witness, and download your notarized document right after.

Signer Requirements:

Book Appointment
Simply book an appointment by selecting how many documents you need notarized then choosing a date and time that works best for you. The only information we need to confirm the appointment is your full name, email address, cell phone number. Your personal information is in safe hands and will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
Upload Document
Submit your documents to our secure portal at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. Once documents are received, you will be sent an email with a link to access the online notary session. For your security and privacy, all documents will be deleted within 24 hours or after your notary appointment is completed, which ever comes first.
Meet with Virtual Notary
About five minutes prior to appointment time, you will be prompted to click on a secure link sent directly to your email address provided. Simply upload a photo of your identification then meet with your online notary. After the notarization is complete your document will be available for instant download.
